ANALYSIS
At the start of the project, we clarify all the requirements for your project. Together with you, we work out the exact requirements of your project and assess the local conditions. Detailed inventories, on-site inspections and intensive discussions with you are the basis of a successful project.
CONCEPT
Here we rely on our experience and proven technologies. With a well thought-out system concept, we can map your requirements and receive a route plan for all further engineering steps.
LAYOUT-PLANNING
We convert the system concept into a system layout. We create this based on your specifications and adapt it to the local conditions in your company. The final layout is finally fixed together with you and in close coordination.
DRAFT-CONSTRUCTION
The planned machines, systems and components are designed, developed and assembled into a draft based on the layout agreed with you. The entire construction is carried out on our CAD systems Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
FE ANALYZES & CALCULATION
We think plants and machines sustainably. This means that we optimize their lifespan. Our modern CAD and calculation programs enable us to create detailed event analyzes and dynamic simulations. With the results of the FE calculations, we optimally adapt our constructions to the required conditions and take worst-case scenarios into account.
DETAIL-CONSTRUCTION
The coordinated drafts are the basis for the detailed construction. We create parts lists and complete the plans. The documentation is then ready for production.
PARTS-PROCUREMENT
If you wish, we can prepare inquiry documents for the required components. We are well networked and will be happy to support you in finding the right partner for production and assembly. We can also carry out deadline progress checks, production monitoring and acceptance tests for you on request.
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
We do not let you alone. Not even during pre-assembly, commissioning and testing. These take place at the manufacturing partner or, depending on the project, at your site. During the final commissioning, we are also at your side so that we can intervene quickly and help if necessary.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
No system or machine is complete if the technical documentation is missing. That is why we create functional descriptions, operating instructions, lists of spare and wearing parts and maintenance instructions for the machines and industrial plants on request.
